1. Eligibility for Returns

You may return products under the following conditions:

  • Return Window: Within 30 days of receiving your order
  • Product Condition:
    • Must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging
    • Product seals, tamper-proof packaging, or hygiene stickers must be intact

⚠️ For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of:

  • Used or opened cosmetics
  • Skincare or personal care products
  • Gift cards or promotional items

2. How to Request a Return

  1. Email us at info@fearnnotcosmetics.com with:
    • Order number
    • Reason for return
    • Photos (if applicable)
  2. Our team will verify eligibility and provide return instructions.
  3. You must ship the item back using a trackable shipping service at your own cost unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item, damaged in transit).

3. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, the refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.

💡 Please note:
 Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the error was on our end.

4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you received an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@fearnnotcosmetics.com
  • Include clear photos of the issue
  • We will replace the item or issue a full refund, including shipping costs, if the mistake was ours

5. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. We do not offer exchanges for reasons like changing your mind or selecting the wrong shade/product.

6. Cancellations

  • Orders can only be cancelled within 1 hour of placement
  • After that, the order is processed and cannot be modified
